My Love Affair | All Things Burlap

In addition to my open relationship with Annie Sloan chalk paint, I have a secret affair going on with burlap. Burlap ribbon, yards of burlap, burlap sacks…anything burlap-related.  I purchased 4 large burlap sacks in Canton for $10, which I was so excited about.  At $2.50 per sack, that was definitely a great deal!  I’m pretty anxious to put them to use.

The problem is I’m not 100% sure what I’m going to do with them.  My walls are begging for some attention so an easy and quick option would be to make wall art.

Lately, my go to furniture piece when I shop has been vintage chairs, so I have my share.  A fairly easy project would be to re-upholster a chair or bench using one of the sacks.  I might just have the perfect piece waiting for some love.
