  • 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Chicken Tenders
  • 3/4 pound Peeled / Deveined Medium Shrimp
  • 1 pound of Sausage
  • (4) Ben’s Original™ Ready Rice™ Jasmine Rice
  • 1 White Onion
  • 3 bunches of Green Onion
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cup of Chicken Broth
  • 3 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Chop white onion and green onion. Chop chicken and sausage into bite-sized pieces. Ensure shrimp are peeled and deveined.

  5. Add chicken to pan with onions, garlic, and browned sausage. Cook until no longer pink, approximately 6-8 minutes. Save remaining seasoning for later. 7. Add shrimp to pan and toss. 8. While shrimp cooks, per packet instructions, prepare four packets of Ben’s Original™ Ready Rice™ Jasmine Rice. Shrimp should be cooked within 3-5 minutes. They will turn pink when done. Add rice to pan once done. 9. Pour chicken broth into pan with rice mixture. Add remaining seasonings. Toss and simmer over low heat for approximately 5 minutes. Serve jambalaya hot with parsley garnish.
