Wearing white this winer was definitely trending and I was totally in agreement with it. I NEVER got the idea of not wearing white after Labor Day. Why? I mean it’s hot here in Louisiana for most of the year. Why can’t I rock my white skirt or my white pants? Someone came up with the fashion rule and I’ve always shied away from wearing white too, except this year. I never stopped wearing white this winter!
If you were bold enough to continue wearing white after Labor Day or never got with the rule to begin with, then we were on the same page this winter. If it’s hot, I wanna flip flops and white pants. If it’s cold yes boots might be necessary, but I can still wear my white pants, right? YES! For some reason, the fashion community accepted wearing white this winter. Of course, wearing a softer winter white has always been acceptable but I’m talking regular bright white. This acceptance is one I’ve embraced! The crazy Louisiana weather allows me to wear pretty much the same wardrobe all year long – white pants included. Here is a little white jeans inspiration for all your winter needs. If it’s still freezing where you are, then I’ve got you covered too.

Wanna wear something similar but it’s still a little nippy or even snowing where you are? Pair with boots and you’re halfway there! If you’re tired of boots already, then pair white jeans with a colorful flat like these Sloan Suede flats.
Problem solved and you can still be cute and rock your white! I’m no expert. Just a Mom sharing a little fashion inspiration with you. Moms should look good too. Wearing white after Labor Day is not a crime, and you are entitled to wear it as you see fit. But if you’re still not comfortable, then spring will be here soon and you’ll be rocking white confidently again.
